Abstract

610,109. Cable terminals. LUCAS, Ltd., J., and KENDALL, M. W. March 25, 1946, No. 9096. [Class 38 (i)] In a high - tension ignition circuit cable of the kind having a highresistance conductor a of powdered graphite, metal or other conductive material incorporated with strands of rubber or the like, the conductor is moulded to form a head b at one or both ends of the cable. A thin metal cap may be placed over the head, Fig. 2 (not shown). The conductor may comprise silk or like strands incorporated with powdered conductive material and in this case a rubber or like head having powdered conductive material incorporated therewith is moulded thereon.
