[Class 112] A machine for repairing hosiery comprising a hand-held re-looping needle reciprocated by a flexible drive from an electric motor has a hollow work support on the motor casing. The drive includes an adjustable eccentric to enable the stroke of the needle to be varied. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes also an electric control system in which the usual pedalcontrolled rheostat is supplemented by an adjustable resistance. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
