605,626. Moulding combs. BRANT, E. H. Jan. 1, 1946, No. 70. [Class 87(ii)] A comb is made by injecting plastic material (e.g. cellulose acetate or ethyl cellulose) into a mould so shaped that the flow is initially parallel to the longitudinal axes of the cavities for forming the teeth. The sprue channel may lead to one of the end-tooth cavities, as shown, or to one of the other tooth cavities.
