[Class 135] In a pistol-shaped pinch cock for flexible tubing, e.g. for use when filling or topping-up electric accumulators, a rigid tube 1, Fig. 1, encasing the flexible tube 2 is formed with a gap 6 through which projects the pinching arm 5 of a spring-loaded lever 7 pivoted to a fitting 4 on the rigid tube. To permit flow through the tube 2, the lever 7 is moved towards the hand-grip 3. In a modification, an adjusting- screw 9, Fig. 2, coacts with an extension 10 of the lever 7 to limit the pinching operation.
