[Class 19] A device for sweeping worm casts &c. from lawns or for spreading powdered substances consists of a length of steel tubing about nine feet long and thin enough to be whippy at the end, formed of two or more tapered sections and provided with a long wooden handle. The tubing preferably is copper-coated and of 21 I.W.G., and may be tapered from #" at the thicker end to #" at the thinner end. Liquid may be fed through the bore of the tubing.
