Abstract

581,713. Shower bath sprinklers. TANNER, T. H., and VALBANIA, Ltd. March 2, 1945, No. 5322. [Class 69 (iii)] A sprinkler, e.g. for a shower bath, comprises a single frusto-conical disc C or an annular spreader, having transverse grooves D on its edge, the disc making line contact with a shoulder B of the body. A concentric ring of orifices may also be formed in the disc. The sprinkler can be flushed out by unscrewing the screw G a little out of its boss or bridge E. H is a horseshoe washer and L is a retaining washer to prevent the screw G being taken out. Specification 526,244 is' referred to.
