[Class 100 (i)] [Also in Groups XVII and XXIII] A core cap 5 for paper rolls has an outwardly directed core engaging flange 6, of greater diameter than the core A, so as to give visual indication of the approach of the end of the roll, and an inwardly directed flange 7, adapted to be engaged by the jaw parts D, of an extracting tool B, comprising crossed handles C. Slots 8 render the cap resilient.
