[Classes 113 (ii) and 114] The track of a track-propelled amphibious vehicle is caused to propel the vehicle when afloat by provision of fixed reaction plates 13 located near the top rims of the tracks and obstructing the flow of water carried forward by the top runs. The plates may be curved and may be carried on the floats 10 at the sides of the tracks, or carried above or below the tracks.
