Abstract

The improvement in the method of crystallising nitroguanidine described in the parent Specification comprises dispersing the nitroguanidine solution into and countercurrent to a current of air which is caused to impinge upon a deflecting surface on which the crystals are deposited, the crystals being recovered by washing them from the surface and filtering the slurry thus obtained.
