576,250. Toe protectors. PATTERSON, M. J. April 14, 1944, No. 6947. [Class 81 (ii)] A toe protector consists of a bandage produced by folding a fabric web longitudinally over a layer of padding, e.g., cotton batting or a non- moisture-absorbent material such as lamb's wool, and forming the bandage into loops a-e, each adapted to surround a toe. The width of the bandage decreases from the big toe loop a to loop e. The loops are formed by transverse stitching and the padding is secured between the overlapping folds of the fabric web by stitching 18. In use, various of the loops may be cut off as desired. Medicaments may be applied.
