The aqueous liquid may comprise hot water or water and a water-miscible organic soap solvent such as alkyl alcohols of less than 6 carbon atoms to the molecule and acetone, ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol being emphasized. Using the mixed liquids, the proportions are variable. The temperature 'of the liquids may also vary; preferably water is'used at 150-200F., water with ethyl alcohol at 100- 150F., and water with isopropyl alcohol at 70- 125F.
