568,474. Cutting pastry. TRACY, J. W. Oct, 2, 1943, No. 16174. [Class 5 (i)] [Also in Group VIII] A pastry cutter comprising one or more rotary discs 7 is constructed with spindles 8 held in bushes 9 or resilient members formed of two round steel wires 10 braced by a clip 14 and anchored to a clip 11 by means of which the cutters can be adjustably secured to a flat bar 4 attached to a frame 1 secured to a handle 3, wing nuts 13 engaging screw studs 12 passed through holes 5 in the bar 4. More than one disc 7 may be secured to the bar, and the distances apart of the discs may be adjusted so that pastry strips of different widths can be cut. The upward movements of the wires 10 is limited by a bar 15 secured to the frame 1.
