[Class 38 (iv)] [Also in Group XXIX] Fluid pressure.- In a positively. driven meter, the inlet and outlet pres sures are maintainec uniform by means o: a diaphragm sub. jected on its opposite sides to these pres sures and controlling a tilting mercury switch by which the motor driving the meter is controlled. The meter a has its inlet d and outlet e in communication respectively with chambers g, j on opposite sides of a spring-supported diaphragm h connected with the pivotally-mounted mercury switch n having tappings p for resistances in the circuit of the driving motor.
