Abstract
562,904. Electric resistance furnaces. MOORE, B. J., and MOORE, B. C. Feb. 5, 1943, No. 1908. [Class 39 (iii)] An electric beating resistance for an oven comprises a grid 10 the side arms 11 of which are of increased section at 16 where they pass through an insulating supporting bridge 17 of wedge section which seats in an opening in the oven roof. The grid has alternate short and long loops 12, 13 which are supported by rods 20 extending through the bridge 17. Specification 546,449 is referred to.
