556,226. Collar supports. BETTERIDGE, A. R. Aug. 15, 1942, No. 11472. [Class 141] A support for the front points of soft collars comprises a length of wire a formed with cranked loops b and two vertical legs c each of which ends in a close helical coil dthrough which a second length of wire f is adapted to slide. Each of these lengths f is also formed with a close helical coil and with a single coil at its lower end terminating in a point to penetrate the collar fabric. A spring between the coil g and a collar e normally holds the legs extended.
