553,492. Roller charts. DUDLEY, E. G. Oct. 22, 1942, No. 14845. [Class 20 (iii)] [Also in Group XV] A drawing and display board comprises a cabinet 1 with a ground glass face 3 and rear illumination, charts being mounted upon rollers, and guided by a translucent backing 3A spaced from the front sheet 3 as they are progressed across the glass front. Each chart roller 13, 24, 6, may be keyed to an extension spindle 15 with a thrust flange 15a and bevel wheel 16, the spindle being mounted in a bearing 23 having a pivoted cover 22 so that the spindle may readily be removed for chart changing. The wheels 16 are engaged by bevel wheels 17 on a shaft 18 which is slidable to engage either roller.
