[Class 144 (ii)] Anti-slip devices comprise transverse angle bars 1 with bent-down eyes 2 threaded on to rings 8 of side chains comprising the rings connected by eyed rods 5. The angle-bars rock through a right angle as they pass over the ground, and maintain the side chains tight on the wheel.
