[Class 113 (ii)] A collapsable boat comprises an inflatable fabric frame and a pneumatic floor fitted within the frame. The frame comprises a number of tubular fabric sections 14a .. 14e, 15a .. 15,e 16, Fig. 1, cemented, vulcanized, stitched or otherwise joined together. A fabric bottom extends across the lower surface of the frame and canvas seats 19, 20, 21 extend across the upper portion. Beneath the seats 20, 21 inflatable fabric tubes are secured to the opposite frame members to form stiffening struts. Handles 27, which may also serve as rowlocks, may be secured to the boat at intervals and a hand rope 28 may also be provided. An outboard motor 12 may be attached to the stern section 16. The inflatable floor comprises a number of main compartments 31 .. 34, Fig. 6, each divided into four auxiliary compartments 35, Fig. 7. The compartments are formed by pairs of fabric strips 37 cemented together to which are cemented canvas sheets 39, 40 forming the upper and lower surfaces of the floor. The strips 37 forming the walls of the main compartments extend to the ends of the floor where they are connected to a binding strip 41 cemented all the way round the edges of the floor, but the ends of the strips 37 between the auxiliary compartments stop short of the ends of the floor to allow passage of air to these compartments. An inflated spray guard tube 53 extends around the major portion of the frame of the boat. Towing apparatus including a quickrelease catch 71 may be attached to the fore part of the boat.
