[Class 126] A gas or other cooker has a rigid rectangular frame formed by upright corner angle bars 1 and horizontal angle bars 2 welded together. The interior oven facing 6 is bolted to the inner flange 5 of a front panel 3 which is bolted at its outer flange 4 to angle pieces 4a on the front bars 1. The spaces between the facing 6 and plates 12 secured to the angle bars 1, 2 are filled with heat insulating material 13. External facing plates 7 at the sides of the oven are bolted to the rear bars 1 and engage the gap between the front bars 1 and the flange 4 on-the panel 3.
