A covering b of leather or like material is attached at c and drawn taut over the arch by pressure on a U-piece d clamped to the other end of the leather. The device is held as shown between the thumb and forefinger and supported by the middle finger. A strip of emery cloth or like abrasive material may be attached between the leather and the arch, the leather being folded back when the abrasive surface is required.
