520,271. Spraying-apparatus. CHAFER, C. L. Nov. 23, 1938, No. 34033. [Class 69 (iii)] A spraying-machine for distributing liquid over land comprises a wheeled carriage 2 having a power driven, air compressor connected to a transversely arranged air trunk 1 having a number of distributing nozzles 8, and a liquid container 15 connected by a. supply pipe and outlet pipes 7 to each nozzle' 8 of the air trunk. The air trunks may be fitted in sections hinged together so that they may be turned into an out-of-the-way position shown in Fig. 1: The water outlet pipes 7 may be connected by rubber tubes 10 to central tube in the air nozzles. and the supply thereto may be restricted by interchangeable discs having holes of different size mounted in a connection between the pipes 7 and 10.
