[Class 63] A cap adapted to fit any size of head is provided with an elastic band in place of the usual sweat band. The band may be continuous or discontinuous and may be arranged within, or outside, the cap lining. It may be covered in part with a band of the usual sweatband material. The cap may be made of any suitable fabric, waterproof or otherwise, or of fur, velvet, leather, &c., and have a silk, wax cloth, cork, or other lining. The peak may be made of rubber, leather, cork, cardboard, &c.
