[Class 20 (i)] To obviate the. use of galleries in theatres, lecture halls, and the like, and yet to provide equivalent seating accommodation, opposed screens or stages 12, 18 are disposed at differeent levels at opposite ends of the building, and oppositely sloping auditoriums 10, 16 are superposed, the upper 16 being shaped or positioned to allow free range for the beam projected from the projector box for the lower stage. Short stairways 22 lead to the lower end of the upper floor which may or may not be provided with stairs to provide access to the seats thereon. Further stairs may be provided to give direct access to the highest part of the upper floor. More than two floors may be superposed.
