Abstract

503,240. Fountain pens. MENTMORE MANUFACTURING CO., Ltd., and BARKER, G. E. Oct. 13, 1937, No. 27908. [Class 146 (iii)] The nib section 1 of a fountain pen formed of transparent or translucent material has embedded therein a sleeve 6 of non-transparent material to receive the nib and feed-bar. The nib section is moulded over the sleeve which is of polygonal, tapered, or waisted shape, or is formed with bevelled or stepped ends, grooves, apertures, or other formations to enable it to be secured more effectively. Specification 469,699 is referred to.
