499,950. Rail chairs. VEREINIGTE OBERSCHLESISCHE HUTTENWERKE AKT.-GES. Sept. 19, 1938, No. 27306. Convention date, Sept. 21, 1937. [Class 104 (ii)] A resilient screwless rail clamp is driven laterally into a slot c, c<1> between ribs b<1>, b<2>, on a chair plate a, and is curved into an S- shape &c. between the slot and the point where it bears on a rail flange. The clamp may be locked in position by a swinging link e pivoting in the loop of the clamp and embracing the outer rib b<1>.
