Abstract

496,101. Glazing roofs. PURDON, A. May 26, 1938, No. 156699. [Class 20 (iii)] Comprises in combination an astragal of T- section, a capping strip 6 of C-shape having down - turned lateral flanges 7, resiliently pressed on to the glass by screwing to the centre member of the astragal, and end stops in the form of plates 10 secured to the end faces of the astragals by screwing and engaging the edges of the glass panes and having openings 12 registering with the drainage grooves 8 of the astragal.
