490,260. Casting-machines. SCHOELLERBLECKMANN STAHLWERKE AKT.-GES. May 10, 1937, No. 13319. Convention date, May 20, 1936. Drawings to Specification. [Class 83 (i)] In the centrifugal casting of rods, ingots, or other articles by means of a number of radial and downwardly inclined moulds revolving around a vertical axis, the metal is caused to enter each of the moulds, which are all in communication with each other, simultaneously in a direction opposite to that of the centrifugal force and to rise therein and fill them in this direction. The casting- machine described in Specification 490,275 may be used for this purpose. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also the aggregation of machines described in Specification 490,275, and the subject-matter included in Specifications 490,276 and 490,277. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
