488,600. Seat cushions. WINTERBOTHAM, A. H. W. H. Jan. 16, 1937, No. 28175. Divided out of 479,868. [Class 52 (iv)] The loose back cushion 11 of a seat is suspended by means of a strip of material 14 running from the cushion over the back rail 4 and carrying at its lower end a cross member 15 which is detachably secured, e.g. in slots 16, at or near the bottom of the back. The back cushion may be supported by bands of flexible material 13 which extend from the top rail 4 and run under a resiliently supported seat cushion 5 as described in Specification 479,868, and the strip 14 then encloses and conceals the supporting strips 13.
