[A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, July 1, 1937.] [Class 141] A partial glove, Fig. 1, for domestic use comprises three or four fingers including the thumb and excluding the little finger, and a section covering most of or the entire palm and part of the back of the hand, the palm side of the fingers, preferably the upper parts thereof, being provided with small protuberances or the like for gripping purposes. In a modification, Fig. 3, the upper edge of the palm part of the glove is connected to the wrist band by means of a strap passing over the back of the hand. In another modification, Fig. 4, the palm part of the glove is connected to the third or little finger by means of a strap passing round the back of the finger. In a further modification, some of the fingers are open at the back, e.g. at the knuckles. In another modification, parts of the glove, e.g. the thumb, are reinforced. In a still further modification, the tips of the fingers are made open. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also a partial glove which covers all the fingers, and a partial glove in which the protuberances may be dispensed with. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
