[Class 20 (ii)] Supports for the horizontal members of tubular scaffolding are formed in two parts, each adapted to be secured to the vertical scaffold member, and having interfitting projections on their abutting faces so disposed that the supports for the horizontal members in each support member are positioned at rightangles. Each support part c<16> is formed with curved support ledges c<3>, upstanding taper pins c<6>, and abutment faces c<8> against which the end of a horizontal scaffold member is pressed when a socket on it engages over the upstanding pin on the ledge ; each support part, further, is provided with interfitting projections and recesses c<17>, c<22>, respectively, on their upper and lower ends, so arranged that when in engagement the supporting ledges on one member are disposed at right-angles to those on. the other member. Each part is provided with a screw c<l2> for securing it to the scaffold member a.
