[Class 18] A blower for introducing stiffening powder &c., between the folds of garments i.e. between layers of cloth, so that when ironed the cloth is stiffened, consists of a rubber &c. container a with a nozzle b vulcanized &c. thereto, a metal collar c, a hand-grip d with finger holes d<2> and a screwed spout e knurled at e<1> and sharpened at f<1> to facilitate insertion between or into the folds of cloth. A clearing rod h may be provided.
