Abstract

470,378. Rubber sheets. INTERNATIONAL LATEX PROCESSES, Ltd. Feb. 16, 1937, No. 4610. Convention date, March 3, 1936. [Class 70] [Also in Group VIII] Laminated rubber sheets comprise two or more layers of rubber each containing per forations therein, at least one face of the sheet presenting such an appearance that per forations and materia surrounding the perfor ations in a lower layer are visible through the larger perforations ir the upper layer. Adja cent layers may be of different colours. Figs 1 and 3 show opposite faces of a sheet according to the invention ; this sheet comprises one layer 10 having coarse perforations 12 and another layer 13 having fewer and smaller perforations 14. The individual layers may be made as described in Specification 451,012. The laminated rubber sheets may be used for example for making bathing suits, corsets, girdles, and covers for cushions or outdoor furniture.
