[Class 103 (i)] The wheel - braking device described in the parent Specification is modified by forming inclines on the pegs D on the discs E instead of on the bars B, the latter being plain. The bars B are arranged to lie in the plane of the wheel axles. Raw hide or rubber discs I are arranged between the discs E and the bars B.
