Abstract

Shoes have the soles permanently attached by means of a cement comprising polymerized chloroprene in solution. A suitable cement comprises chloroprene, a solvent therefor, and a softener such as wood rosin or pine tar. Specifications 294,640, [Class 17 (ii)], 387,325, 387,363, [both in Group IV], 467,666; and 468,435, [Group IV], are referred to.ALSO:Shoes have the soles permanently attached by means of a cement comprising polymerized chloroprene in solution.
