[Class 86] A device for mixing liquids or liquid with powdered or gaseous substances comprises a container 1 fitted with stirring arms 3 close to its base, the walls of the container being so curved that the material is thrown into converging streams which impinge on the middle of the container. Ribs 5 are provided to prevent whirling.
