1386258 Agitating, aerating and circulating liquids NETHERLANDS APPLIED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH FOR INDUSTRY TRADE & COMMERCE 22 June 1972 [22 June 1971] 29324/72 Heading B1C Apparatus for mixing, circulating and aerating a liquid has a rotor 5 with vanes 12 (see also Fig. 2, not shown) within a stator comprising lower and upper discs 7, 9, air and liquid being supplied to the eye of the rotor respectively through a downcomer tube 10 coaxial with the rotor shaft 4, and an intake 8. The discs 7, 9 have a small clearance with the rotor and the distance between them may increase outwardly from the centre.
