Abstract

439,033. Securing cushions in position. DUROSE, H. V., 1355, Bristol Road South, Birmingham. April 23, 1935, No. 11903/34. [Class 52 (iv)] A seat-back cushion 7 for motor vehicle seats is provided with side tabs 8<a> which pass around and are held in frictional engagement with the sides of the seat back by connecting members 9 which may be of elastic nature. The tabs are wider at the parts connected to the cushion than at the inner ends. The connecting means 9 may be detachably secured to a centre tab 8 by means of press-buttons, and an extension 10 of the tab 8 may be provided with a series of alternative press-button fastenings.
