Abstract
431,490. Ventilators. MOOREHOUSE, W., 82, Walton Street, Colne, Lancashire. April 26, 1934, No. 12538. [Class 137] The space provided by a casement window when partially opened is filled by a louvre ventilator, the louvres A, B of which may be fixed or adjustable. The ventilator is attached to the window frame G by key - hole slots I which fit over the heads of screws in the frame, and to the window by clamping means L. The triangular spaces at the top and bottom are covered by weatherproof covers Q, V held in place by spiral springs S. Gauze C may be used to keep out insects. The ventilator is adjustable in length by the use of rectangular sockets D, E, F.
