431,013. Garment-hangers. LAUNDER, J. A., 1, Berners Street, Oxford Street, London. July 2, 1934, No. 19514. [Class 52 (v)] In garment-hangers formed of thin sheet material b the wire hook is rotatably mounted on the hanger by forming a keyhole slot c, d, in the top edge of the hanger to receive the shank g, and enlarged lower end f of the hook, the parts being retained in position by a clamping strip h embracing the top edge of the hanger and riveted or otherwise secured thereto. The clamping strip is apertured for passage of the shank g and has a boss k in each side to accommodate the enlargement f.
