428,282. Wearing-apparel. REGENT KNITTING MILLS, Ltd., 1449, St. Alexander Street, Montreal, Canada.-(Assignees of Hyman, S. B. ; 2837, Alsace Avenue, Los Angeles, U.S.A.) Jan. 14, 1935, No. 1233. Convention date, Feb. 7, 1934. [Class 141] A sweater-like element 14 is secured at opposite sides of a coat 10 along vertical medial lines 15 so that the element 14 may be either folded against the back of the coat, Fig. 6, to form a lining, or extended forwardly to convert the garment into a slip-on sweater coat. The element 14 is provided at its top with the forward portion of a neck opening 16, and with armhole portions 17 registering with the armholes 18 of the coat.
