March 1, 1934, No. 6636. Addition to 393,033. [Class 12 (i)] The jewel bearing 1 of an electric meter or the like is supported by a helical spring 4, the edge 9 of the bore of the screwed holder 7 limiting radial movement. The jewel cup 2 and plug 6 have spigots 3, 5, upon which the ends of the spring 4 are forced. Preferably, the spring coils are slightly spaced apart.
