Abstract

425,138. Reflectors. BLUEMEL BROS., Ltd., and BLUEMEL, F. W., Wolston, Coventry. Dec. 4, 1933, No. 34021. [Class 97 (i)] A body of rubber having a recess for a glass reflector is mounted in position by means, e.g. a screw, carried by a plate moulded in or anchored to the body. As shown a glass 20 having a silvered back or a number of reflecting projections is held in a recess 8 in a rubber block 5 by the resilient lip 19. A plate 9 seated in the bottom of the recess 8 and anchored by rivets or by the engagement of lugs 15 on the block 5 in notches in the plate 9 carries a screw 12 by which the block 5 may be secured to a cycle mudguard 7. 23 is a disc of white paper or other reflecting material.
