Abstract

421,594. Locking-washers. CARETTA, E., 19, Corso Raffello, Turin, Italy. June 23, 1933, No. 17984. [Class 89 (i)] In locking-washers such as are described in Specification 194,937, [Class 89 (i)], in which narrow radial projections are formed round the periphery of the washer, the projections 11 are twisted alternately in opposite directions so as to form two sets of teeth 13 on each face of the washer, the teeth in one set facing in one direction round the washers and the teeth of the other set in the opposite direction. The washers may be employed in connection with the gear described in Specification 387,943, [Group XXIV].
