[Class 20 (iii)] A door or window 1 is provided with a semicircular shaped recess 3 around its periphery to receive a rubber tube 4 provided with a valve 5 by which the tube may be inflated so as to render the closure fluid-tight. The closure member may be solid, or provided with a glass panel or may be formed in two parts with a rubber joint. The surfaces on which the tube presses when inflated are rendered smooth by coating with a suitable material. The closure member may be applied to a chamber in which is placed a chair for receiving a young child, in which case the member is provided with a glass panel.
