Abstract

[Class 20 (iii).] The glass of shop fronts and windows rests on the ledge 3 and flange 2 of a channel frame member 1 and is clamped by a member 5 having a cam-shaped part 6 beneath the ledge 3 engaged by a spring 8b, the base of which is held between a stop 9 and the base of the channel 1. Drain holes 11 are provided in the clamp and packing may be introduced between the inclined flanges 5 and 2 and the edge of the glass.
