Abstract

417,019. Clips. GWILLIAM, V. C. E. MARTEN-, c/o The Westminster Bank, Ltd., Southsea, Hampshire. Dec. 14, 1933, No. 35182. [Class 44.] Means for holding drawing- paper, writing-material &c. on a drawing-board, desk &c. consist of clamping-bars A, of angleshape in cross-section, at the upper and lower edges of the board, each bar being secured to the underside of the board D by leaf-springs B, so that the inturned edges of the bars hold down the paper. Within each bar A is a sliding cam-bar E, which is mounted by means of inclined slots on pins in the edge of the board, so that endwise movement of the bar by means of a knob F serves to raise the clamping-bar and release the paper.
