[Class 77.] In a folding buoyant device, the seat B or other support is rigidly attached to a frame A, C, and supported in water at a level below the surface of the water by means of buoys D adjustably fastened to the bars C of the frame and floating on or near the surface above the seat B or other support. The bars A, C are hinged together. The buoys D may be of wood or cork, or may be bags filled with cork dust, kapok, or the like, or air-filled compartments, or bags inflatable to any desired extent. According to the Provisional Specification, the seat may be adjustable or weights may be added to the device.
