[Class 81 (ii).] An artificial leg is attached to a pelvic band by a bearer c formed with a spindle e inserted into a tubular bearing b and surrounded by rollers f. A nut g screws on to the spindle and is locked by a cap h. Ball races j, k are provided at the ends of the spindle. The bearing b is provided on a metal plate a attached to the pelvic band.
