Abstract
410,928. Bakers' proving presses. KIRK, J., 3, Ormiston Terrace, Corstorphine, Edinburgh. Feb. 16, 1933, No. 4728. [Class 28 (i).] A bakers' proving-press comprises a rack structure with front upright angle-bars, A, B which are spaced to a greater extent than the rear upright angle bars D, E. The uprights A, B, D, E have lugs F formed on or fixed thereto, for supporting shelves, Fig. 1, each comprising a front strip G to which are secured two rearwardly extending bars H, J. The shelves H, J are removable and interchangeable and are capable of supporting trays of various sizes. The press is provided with doors K, L and a vessel M for water, heated by a bunsen burner N.
