407,375. Roller bearings. GOTZ, R., 3, Steinmetzstrasse, Lichterfelde, Berlin. Sept. 16, 1932, No. 25848. Convention date, Dec.16, 1931. [Class 12 (i).] The load carrying rollers I of a bearing are separated by slightly smaller diameter rollers II, the bearing being designed so that in operation the separating rollers II do not contact either race ring b, c. Preferably, the diameter of the inner race is at least six times the diameter of the bearing rollers, and the angle between a line joining the centres of adjacent rollers I and a line joining the centres of a load roller I and the adjacent spacing roller II should not exceed 7‹ when the separating idler touches the outer race. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 124,108 and 126,165, [both in Class 12 (i)].
